Exnovation in the Brussels Capital Region

In this working paper Prof. dr. Régine Feltkamp and Ayana Dootalieva (BuCo – Vrije Universiteit Brussel) analyze the competences of the Brussels Region to enact measures of exnovation, in light of the EU and Belgian rules on the division of (exnovation) powers. This work centers in the research of Gosete’s legal team on the legal aspects of exnovation, or sustainability transition, in the Brussels Capital Region.
